Juneteenth in the Bluff is an arts and culture festival held in downtown Pine Bluff, AR, in the Delta Rhythm & Bayous Cultural District on Main Street on June 19, 2026. The free, public event is hosted by the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) and the City of Pine Bluff, featuring live music, local artists, food trucks, and a popular HBCU Line Dance Challenge.
