Delta Housing Complex II

The newest residence hall at the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff is the Delta Annex. Built in 2017, the Delta Annex offers first class living accommodations. This suite style complex has 36 double rooms and it houses 144 female students. Room and meal plans are subject to change each academic year.
