Become Part of UAPB’s Leadership Future

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the UAPB 1890 HBCU Leadership Development Academy, a comprehensive leadership development initiative designed to cultivate current and future leaders across our campus community.

The Academy will feature three developmental pathways:

• Executive Leadership Fellows Program (Selective Cohort Experience)
  A selective cohort experience designed for faculty and staff interested in developing the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary for future academic, administrative, and executive leadership roles.
• Chancellor’s ELiTE Professional Series (Open to All Employees)
  A monthly professional development and leadership learning series open to all employees that explores topics related to higher education, personal growth, institutional effectiveness, and professional success.
• Supervisor Professional Development (Designed for Current Supervisors)
  A structured development program designed to strengthen supervisory skills, employee management practices, workplace communication, and understanding of university policies and expectations.
