Transcript Requests
You can request your transcript one of two ways:
Online
For your convenience, you can request your transcript on-line (via our third-party vendor Credentials Solutions) and pay with a credit card or debit card. This is the only way to send electronic transcripts for students who attended Fall 1993 and after.

In Writing
Please send a written request containing your social security number OR UAPB ID#; date of birth; year of graduation OR last term of attendance; any former names used; and the address of the recipient. The fee is $4.00 per copy.

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot order transcripts using e-mail, fax, or the phone. Also, for any transcripts that will need to be mailed out via 1st class mail, such transcripts will usually leave our office within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of your order, with delivery time according to USPS standards (so please plan accordingly).
For students currently or recently enrolled, you may access your Golden Gateway account for unofficial transcripts and grade reports by term. If you have any questions regarding the information above, please call one of the transcript processors for assistance. 870-575-7169 or 870-575-7220.
