The Division of Enrollment Management provides resources to assist students in achieving a successful college experience. Our goal is to recruit and graduate a community of leaders, learners, and thinkers who will contribute to the state of Arkansas and the nation. We are committed to engaging and supporting students professionally, socially, and academically.

Mission

The Division of Enrollment Management at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will identify, contact, recruit, enroll, retain, and assist in the graduation of future leaders who are prepared to compete in a global society. We will provide quality support services through our student-centered programs, including the Student Success Center, Living Learning Center, Conditional Admissions Program, LIONS Program, and Transfer Programs.

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will become a state, regional, and national leader in delivering outstanding support services to students and parents.  We will accomplish this by using appropriate technology in our daily operations that promotes student retention and success.
