For your convenience, you can request your transcript on-line (via our third party vendor Credentials Solutions) and pay with a credit card or debit card. This is the only way to send electronic transcripts for students who attended Fall 1993 and after.

Please send a written request containing your social
security number OR UAPB ID#; date of birth; year of graduation OR last
term of attendance; any former names used; and the address of the
recipient. The fee is $4.00 per copy.

Also, for any transcripts that will need to be mailed out via 1st class mail, such transcripts will usually leave our office within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of your order, with delivery time according to USPS standards (so please plan accordingly). |
