Intercollegiate Athletic Program Participation Rates and Financial Support Data (Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act)

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires the Secretary of Education to collect information and provide to Congress a report on financial and statistical information on men and women's collegiate sports. Each co-educational institution of higher education that participates in a Student Financial Aid (SFA) Program and has an intercollegiate athletic program must prepare a yearly EADA report. The EADA is designed to inform prospective students aware of the university’s commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities students. The EADA requires schools to make the report available upon request to students, potential students, and the public. The required disclosures can be found on the Office of Planning and Institutional Research.


Teacher Preparation Program Report

UAPB provides an annual Teacher Preparation Report. The reports can be obtained from the Arkansas Department of Education.

Constitution and Citizenship Day

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff celebrates Constitution Day and Citizenship Day on September 17 (or the week before or after, if September 17 falls on the weekend). Constitution Day and Citizenship Day commemorates the signing of the Constitution, as well as celebrates all who have become a citizen by naturalization, have become citizens.
